Used to using an SLR (Single Lens Reflex camera), I wanted a digital camera that took comparable quality photographs. There was a slight learning curve to get used to the Olympus Camedia C-700 Digital Camera, but now I don't want to part with it.

I was used to carrying a bag full of filters and lenses, but with the Olympus Camedia C-700 Digital Camera, I really didn't miss them. It boasts an optical zoom of 10x and a digital zoom of 27x. 5 years and still takes the best digital photos!

No, it isn't new, but it still takes better pictures than any camera my neighbors have. With the 10x optical zoom, this camera is still the bomb! Olympus is definitely top of the line.
