Old Navy is getting trendier and their site is reliable.

Quick View: Old Navy used to be a store and site I shunned for myself. I didn't like their super traditional clothing at all. It's getting trendier. I just bought a pair of Diva skinny jeans from the website and was pleased with my order. I made an order at Christmastime for gifts and that order was fine as well.

About Old Navy Online

The site is not the prettiest one I have shopped on. It is getting trendier with flash photos in each category but otherwise it is bland. My biggest issue with the site is that their clothing is not shown on models. It is really hard to envision clothes on people when you just look at a photo of the clothing.

The site has clothing, footwear, and accessories for men, women, children, and babies. Much of the stock is fairly traditional but the push is on to be a little trendier with new jeans styles and trendier tops for men and women. Prices are pretty good and quality is also decent. There are often sales or promotions that help with the prices and they have a flat $5.00 shipping rate which I love. You can return anything that you buy from the site to any Old Navy store with your packing slip or you can mail returns back at your expense.

In all, this site had fairly traditional clothing with a touch of trend for people of all ages and sizes. This is an informal website. I don't see many dressy items as I browse around. A good back to school site, this is also a good one for casual clothes for the whole family. I have never had any issues with ordering and with returns. I have returned items to the store and have no problem receiving a refund. Shipping takes a while - 10 days or so after they charge my card - but all my orders were complete and as descried. Sizing is good as well, with no surprise tiny sizes. Everything seems to be exactly as the size chart says it is.

My Viewpoint

While I am still not the hugest fan of Old Navy items, they are getting trendier and the quality is decent. It's easy to order and return items and most items run true to size with no surprises. I will shop on the OldNavy.com again, especially around Christmastime. I give the site 4 stars. It's a reliable site.
