Pros

    nice variety, prices are decent, can make returns to the store, clothing for men, women, kids, decent variety, five dollar flat shipping fee, getting trendier, Coupons online

Old Navy store and online shopping is wonderful.  I only have one qualm about in store shopping and that is there aren't a lot of choices in pant/jean length for women.  Price adjustments are easy, returns are easy as well. Items are high quality with out the sticker shock of shopping at Old Navy's sister stores (Banana Republic and Gap).
