I have had some success lately with Olay products and that success was rebuilding my faith in the brand, where before I had little faith in Olay. I bought this product to try after my original night cream ran out and I could not afford to replace it, because it was from department store and too expensive. I have a combination face, with dry skin on my forehead and chin. I used this cream at night for about a month and it actually dried out my skin instead of moisturizing it. It worked perfectly on my t-zone and the apples of my cheeks, where the most oily of my skin is, but on my forehead and chin, my skin was dried and tight by the next morning. I noticed that by the afternoon, the dry and tight skin began to peel a little. I was not impressed and this had hurt the faith I had started to have in Olay products. I wish it had worked better, because I really liked the scent of this cream.

I bought a jar of Olay Definity Night Restorative Sleep Cream because I was trying to get rid of a few dark spots that have been bothering me. I've tried other products, but I wasn't satisfied with any. This cream has a nice feel to it, along with a pleasant fragrance. When applied, I didn't have any adverse reaction. My skin immediately felt smoother and softer. Since my main concern was dark spots, I looked for results on a daily basis. With continued use, I noticed they had faded little by little with better results then some other more expensive products I have tried in the past. I would highly recommend this product for revitalizing skin, lessening the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles and reducing dark spots. It is reasonably priced and well worth trying. As with other Olay products, I feel confident that Definity is not harmful to my skin. It comes in a jar that makes it easy to store and use.

The Olay Definity highly defined anti-aging night restorative sleep cream is a great product. I don't have a lot of wrinkles but I do have some age spots and uneven skintone from acne scars. I use this everynight before going to sleep and it really helps especially when the weather is dry. I can still feel it working in the morning. It's not like a left over residue but still moisturizing. It's important to wash your face off before applying daytime routine so that you start with a clean palette. I like it also because you don't need to use a lot to feel the effects. I use two little dots of the cream on my face and can spread it around. So it lasts a long time before you have to buy a new one which is good since it is on the more expensive side. I think it's definitely worth it though to give it a try. I'm not sure how effective it is for wrinkles because I don't have very many but I think for evening skin tone and helping with discolorations it's good. Absorption Absorbs into skin really well, but sometimes absorbs so quickly not sure if the moisturize is really moisturizing skin. Effectiveness Hard to really tell long term effectiveness. I tend to use many different products at the same time so makes it harder to tell whats working or not.

I have used Oil of Olay for years. I am so willing to pay a bit more for something I know will work great. I actually just purchased the Oil Of Olay night cream and will use it for the first time tonight, but have the confidence that it will do what it claims it will do because it is Oil of Olay and that is what they do! I have used Olsay products for years and try to buy a new product every month or so. i have just starting using the Olay Definity products for the last few weeks and Love it! Of course I went to the Olay site to see what products I should use according to my skin type. I think that the web site is great too, it gives you recommendations and coupons as well as rebates too. So go there and check out the site before you buy Oil of Olay products and save a few bucks too!! Absorption I do not like lotions that do not absorb well, if it just sits on our skin it is not doing anything for it. Olay absorbs deep into my skin and starts working like it is supposed too. Doesn't Clog Pores Olay does not clog my pores at all, this is another reason I like all Olay products. Effectiveness Olays effectiveness is great too it just seems too work right away, and that is what i want it to do,

I absolutely love this night cream! I have been looking for a new brand of facial care for many years now. I figured I would go ahead and try something that was on my store shelves, something I could get on sale and even use coupons. It was kinda expensive, but it was on sale and I had a coupon, so it was worth every penny. I love the way it feels when I put it on my face. It feels like I am rubbing silk on my face every night before bed. It is really light weight and does not feel greasy. I also love that I don't have to use a lot of it to cover my entire face and neck. Which in turn means that the container will last me a long time. I haven't really noticied if it has made a difference in the appearence of my face. I have only been using it for about one month, but I will continue to use it just for the pure fact that it makes my face feel great when I put it on. I wish that the day cream I had felt the same way!

Olay products have consistently produced great lotions for different kinds of needs, and rarely do they not deliver.  Olay Definity Night Cream has been my go to night lotion during the winter times.  It's rich thick lotion applies on smoothly and silkily, and when I wake up in the morning, my face is still so soft.  The harsh winds can blow all they want but my Olay Night Cream softens the harshness when I use it in my nightly regime. I gave it four starts instead of five because at times, it feels like it just sits on my face rather than being absorbed into my skin, which results in my feeling like I have a thick layer of lotion on my face that feels like it wants to clog my pores.  Luckily, I've  never gotten blemishes from this before, so I can't tell if I'm just laying it on too thick and thus making me feel like it just sits there.  In any case, it's a good winter night cream, and if possible, get it on sale because it's not worth retail price!

So, I am totally content with the Olay Definity Hydrating Night Cream. Awhile back, I was reading instyle.com's "Best of 2009" products list - they list all sorts of products and which ones tested the best - and they said that this Olay Definity Hydrating Night Cream worked just as well as the super-expensive cremes that were twice the price. This was said by an LA dermatologist, I believe (I remember the "L.A." part). I thought, "Alright then it must be legit - I'll give it a try." And so far, so good! Now, now....I'm only 26 years old and have what one would call "perfect skin". I'm not saying this to brag, the only reason I mention it is because my skin has always just found a way to balance itself and look fine - I've never had pimples, never too oily, no red splotches - NADA (nothing)! Just really clear, easy-to-handle skin. So this Olay Definity works really well for me at night, but then again, maybe Petroleum Jelly would, too! Ya know what I'm sayin'?

I seem to have very dry skin, or so i think. Ok so i already used a differnt type of olay cream but for some reason this one in particular the night cream leaves my face so dry! Ill literally put it on my face and 20 minutes later when i smile my face feels hard lol. I touch my face and its so dry. I hate how even after putting the cream on my face 2 minutes later when I apply foundation my face will look so cakey. I dont know if maybe because its a night cream it doesnt work as good as it should But i think for the price it ought to. I just cant believe how such a good brand wouldnt work for me. Now I have another olay cream ( its a pink one) i cant remember the name and when i apply that one it works great my face feels so moisturized right after and for the rest of the day even. I cant say i would reccomend this cream because it didnt do it for me sorry. maybe if your face is not as dry as mine it may work better for you.

Oil of Olay night cream was recommended by a friend who happened to be using the cream too. she said that it was a good night cream to help prevent her wrinkles from getting worse and I have to agree. It has helped to smooth my skin, and has not irritated my skin whats so ever.

I love Oil of Olay products. Being a single mom on a low income is hard, but when I find a product such as this one that works, it gives me a sense of relief. I am 38 years old, and am always told that I look like I am in my early 20's. The reason I find this so hard to believe, is because I have had a very hard life, and if there were a wrinkle, or stress line for every struggle, I would .....oh well, definately not look like people say I do. This cream is light and creamy and doesn't feel oily. I have tried  more expensive creams in the past and found that certain brands  burned my eyes, and dried to my skin like glue.  This product is like a whipped mousse cream and to me is pleasant. I can tell this is working as it gives my skin that extra glow. The only thing I may have negative to say, is that the smell is just a little "too perfumey for me". Other than that, great buy, and it works for me.
