Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Correcting Eye Treatment is okay - maybe it's trying to do too much? I typically favor eye treatments that are more on the light side, as this one is. It felt nice putting it on and it comes in clear little bottle with a nifty looking swirl of cream. However, if you actually examine how much plastic and packaging there is at the base of this bottle you will find an alarming amount of hard plastic that serves no other apparent function but to exaggerate its height. I realize that the container is a pump type and requires some space at the base of the bottle, but I think this package overdoes it. When I first applied it I detected that something was different (not in a good way!) but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. With further observation I finally realized that the Olay eye treatment had left a faint "illuminating" residue on my skin all around my eye. This residue was kind of iridescent gold and sparkly. It's the first and only time I've ever seen this kind of optical illusion by sparkly residue used in an eye treatment. Absorption It feels light but beware: it leaves an iridescent residue where you apply it. I didn't like that.

I have trouble with my eye area, sagging, dark circles, just not to pretty to look at without concealer. I have tried almost every single eye cream, serum and treatment out there. This one smells fine, smooths on easily, but just didn't see dramatic results worth boasting about; especially after the amount of money you spend on the small amount in the bottle. Absorption The Olay Total Effects Eye Treatment comes out in a thin stream, and is fairly easy to pump on your finger tips and spread under your eye area. It seems easily absorbed, and easy to use for quick application. It dries somewhat fast, and then you're able to put on make up. Doesn't Clog Pores I never had a problem with Olay clogging any of my pores, or causing any breakouts or skin irritation. Effectiveness This eye treatment was a good eye lotion for daily use, but I just never saw any of the "7" other things it does. Its quick and easy to use, didn't irritate, but I still had dark circles and I felt it didn't do as advertised. I used the entire bottle, but will not be purchasing again.

This product was on sale at my local drugstore and I was able to pair this sale with a high value manufacturer's coupon. I was a little skeptical about this product at first, but I am very glad that I tried this product. When I first applied this product, I noticed that the skin around my eyes stung a little bit. I thought this might be an allergic reaction to the ingredients. I found that I got used to this product after several applications. The stinging diminished each time and I really started to notice a difference in the skin around my eyes. I felt like the skin around my eyes was firmer and the fine lines and wrinkles were less noticeable. I also noticed that the dark circles under my eyes were not as noticeable. Overall, this product took some getting used to, but it really does a great job!

I have been using the Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Correcting Eye Treatment for a very long time now and it really works. I have very sensitive skin and have had issues with redness when I used other eye creams but this cream is very gentle on my skin with no redness at all! The cream feels so light after rubbing it in. It also makes your dark undereye area bright and smooth. I have also observed that this cream reduces fine lines. This cream is supposed to refine uneven texture for smoother feeling skin, balance and help even skin tone, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, recaptures youthful luminosity, hydrate to firm the eye area and more! It does deliver on all these points. Another plus point of this cream is that like all other Olay products, it smells very pleasant. I love the lingering mild scent on my skin. I travel a lot and always keep this cream in my bag! I do recommend this eye cream.

Olay correcting eye cream is an excellent moisturizer, which makes older skin appear younger and young skin stay looking great. I am 60 and look at least ten years younger because of the various skin products I use. One of which is this eye cream. It goes on smoothly and is absorbed into the skin leaving it smooth and soft. Older skin tends to get tight, dry and wrinkly. This is the perfect solution. Also, I ride a bike. When it is chilly, my eyes weep. Usually, my lotion/moisturizer will seep into my eyes at that point and burn. This really doesn't happen when I use this product, as it is absorbed into the skin. One caveat is that this product does not produce instant results. But, then again, nothing does. Absorption This product absorbs into the skin very quickly. I can put my makeup on directly after applying it. Doesn't Clog Pores I've never had an issue with Olay's eye treatment clogging my pores. Effectiveness Although a slow performer, this product works well. I see results within a week. Others tend to notice after a couple of weeks. It also helps with baggy eye lids.

I received a free sample of Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Correcting Eye Treatment last year and after trying the product for about a month, I was amazed to see the results which were positive and so I purchased this product from a nearby store three months back. The price was quite high but since I had already tried and tested the product, the price was a secondary thing for me. The product helped in reducing the dark circles below my eyes and made me look younger and made my skin feel soft and smooth. The fragrance of this product is rich and it remains even after hours of applying the product. There has never been a product that has helped my dark circles reduce but this product has done good in reducing the lines and making the skin underneath the eyes glow and give it a light shade. The product gets absorbed well and it does not cause any sensation even if the lotion enters the eyes by mistake. It works as a moisturizer and nourishes the skin.

I got this product actually a little while ago. I don't know what the results would really be because I haven't used it but 4 or 5 times. I bought this because I have some slight dark circles under my eyes and because I have some slight lines or wrinkles under my eyes as well. I just stopped using this for a while because it just had too much shimmer in it. I'm actually almost wondering if thats all it has in it. I've actually tried to wear this under my makeup as well but its just too much shimmer and a oily/combination skin persons nightmare almost because the shimmer just seems to spread everywhere. I definetly probably wouldn't recommend even wearing this under makeup or if you do to just be careful not to put a whole lot on your eye area because it just gets all over your face. I believe that the shimmer in this product is a little overkill myself. I don't know maybe I'll start using it again soon and try it again because I hate to see money wasted and maybe I will actually see results. I wear makeup everyday so I was more looking for something I could use under my makeup and not just for when I go to bed or take my makeup off. Don't get me wrong I do like shimmer in lotions and stuff but this was just way too much. I would recommend trying something else if your like me and want to use a moisturizer for your eyes under your makeup everyday. If not then you may like this, who knows. I'll try again to see what it can do if anything for my under eyes because like I said I don't want it to waste, but it was just way too shimmery and I do mean shimmery and if you don't like that sort of thing then maybe this isn't for you. What I can say about the moisturizing affects the times that I used it is its ok I guess, just too much shimmer.

I've come to expect great things from Oil of Olay, and this product did not disappoint. An inexpensive and modestly packaged product, Olay Total Effects 7in1 Correcting Eye Treatment really does what it claims to. I found it helpful in a number of ways. It absorbs quite well, without clogging my pores. My sensitive skin had no problems or reactions to the compound. It was effective, with results clearly seen within two weeks of my first use. I found that my dark circles are lightening while the my skin below my eyes is firming up. It's illuminating properties really do have my looking brighter (and without the sparkling, irritating glittery stuff in other products). I've given it a ten all the way because of the following: The price is fabulous. The packaging is minimal. It doesn't make my skin feel like I've slathered something on it, but it does make it moist. Like the skin around the eye, it's a delicately well-balanced product. It is simple and easy to use. Most importantly, however, this product works! Absorption It absorbed well, without needing to be rubbed in (a no-no for bags!) Doesn't Clog Pores It was light, moist but did not feel like another layer of product was sitting on top. Effectiveness Very effective...within days you'll stop wondering if and start wondering when others will notice!

The Olay Definity Eye Illuminator is not perfect. It feel cool when you apply to it your skin, but it does harden. It can feel heavy after a while. Also, it is hard to see if it is actually making anything better. After weeks of use, you are left wondering if Olay Definity Eye Illuminator has empty promises or real science to back up its claims. The product did not make things worse, but there was no real change.

I have been using this Eye Illuminator for quite some time. I am satisfied enough to keep using the product although it is not a perfect product. I feel like for the amount of time I have been using the product, my delicate eye skin should be brighter and stronger by now. Bottom line: Is my darkness and fine lines/wrinkles gone? NO. But do I feel like my eyes are brighter than before this product? Yes. Absorption Absorbs into your skin very quickly and easily. This product is non greasy, unlike many others, and is very smooth and easy to massage in.You do not need much which is great, so you don't go thru it very fast. (pricey) Doesn't Clog Pores This product does not clog pores whatsoever, at least it hasn't for me, and I have been using this product for a couple years. Effectiveness Fairly effective. I have allergies so the dark circles are a big one for me, this product somewhat brightens eyes, but does not get rid of the darkness enough to be "wowed" by it. It is not the complete answer to fine lines or wrinkles around the eye area either, but it's a start.
