On a recommendation from a friend, I arranged a monthly lunch meeting at Okoboji's. The service was excellent and served in a timely manner. The menus were outstanding and very descriptive. My mouth watered at the way the food was presented. The waitress was kind and helpful in explaining our choices. The atmosphere was pleasant which lended to a very nice, casual meeting.

A couple of cons; the food was a bit pricey for the portions served. I had ordered a wrap and it was tiny, but otherwise delicious. I had wanted a certain dessert whose picture was plastered everywhere. It looked incredibly enticing but after ordering it, the manager came out and apologized that they had forgotten to defrost the dessert. That was disconcerting. We subsitituted a creamy chocolate and ice cream but just had my heart on the original berry cheesecake.

Overall, a wonderful place to meet with friends and enjoy a wonderful meal.
