Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment Review

Like the first reviewer, mentioned I first purchased Ojon from QVC.  I got a trial pack that came with the restorative hair treatment, along with a shampoo and conditioner.  I was going through a phase where my naturally curly colored and highlighted hair was more course and breaking a lot. 

I actually can't relate to the ashtray scent, I just smell nut and cocoa, almost chocolate but not quite. It is however a unique scent and might take some getting used to for some folks that are scent-sensitive. 

I first used the Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment as recommended for 3 minutes prior to washing my hair.  You just scoop a small amount, I use about an almond size for my past my shoulder length hair.  Rub it between your hands to melt it and smooth it into your hair.  Then use the little comb that comes with (use one end to scoop out the product if you don't like to dig your fingers into it) to distribute throughout the hair.  After the shampoo and condition, my hair was amazingly soft shiny and ridiculously healthy looking. 

 I had since ran out of the shampoo and conditioner and tried just the Restorative Hair Treatment on its own with other shampoo and the results are as effective.  I think the coordinating shampoo/conditioner definately do enhance the shine and feel of the hair, but not totally necessary. 

 I also use the product to deep condition my hair at night time.  I use a little bit more of the product throw my hair into a high bun and sleep on it.  Amazing!  And since you use so little of the product the container lasted me over a year.  I don't use it every day, and sometimes not every week, once you get your hair back to a healthy state you don't need it as much but it is addicting.  I love the smell, especially in the winter for some reason. 

They have now come out with a skin lotion, but as a tip you could also use this on really dry cracked feet and elbows as a moisturizer as well.  I have given this as presents to all my friends and they love it too.
