Ohio University has a unique program called the Bachelor of Specialized Studies. This program lets you take 2-3 areas of concentration and form them into your own degree. It is offered through the University College. You have to submit an application and a letter explaining who you are, what you expect, and where you want to be five years after graduation. If your application is accepted into the program, you are on your way. I received my BSS degree from OU in 2006. It is a great way to do what you have always dreamed of, and have the Bachelor's degree to back it up. You begin this program in your Junior year. I highly recommend this program for those who have a specific plan in mind. It has changed my life for the better.Last edited on Dec 16, 2008
