This specific store is a nightmare in all aspects.

No employees to help, if you find one, he will NOT be happy to help you, prices are not marked in items, if you want to kow the price of any product you have to GET IN LINE at the register, the line (notice: not lines, but a line) for checkout is long because the cashier (whoever is at the time) is always talking with somebody on the personal cel phone.

The ATM works 50 % of the time. When returning, exchanging or claiming an error, be prepare to fight for your rights.

If you didn't buy the extended warranty, you are in so much trouble because the store doesn't stand behind anything they sell.

Other stores in Puerto Rico work much better than this one. In Plaza Las Americas -San Juan-  the service is great, exchanging anything is no hassle. Employees are available and helpful. If I need something from OddiceMax, i'll travel 2 hours to go to San Juan, than to buy in Mayaguez.
