My ADP experience has been excruciatingly painful. I run a business with 24 employees and have used QuickBooks payroll for about 9 years. I have not been happy with quickbooks due to their proclivity to sell you more junk constantly. I was looking for an alternative. Lots of other people have moved to ADP, and a salesman called me with an offer that I could not refuse. They sent me an order for 10,000 cards - with a typo. When confronted they refused to re-issue the order unless 50% of the original cost was paid. Completely unacceptable - these people have no knowledge of business etiquette whatsoever. DO NOT USE THEM unless you have plenty of time, money, and patience to deal with their errors!
