Office Max Review

Office Max is horrible when it comes to customer service. I went into Office Max to buy a flash drive. They were out of them. I asked if I could get a raincheck and the woman said "we don't do that". The ad never said anything about not getting a raincheck. I asked for a substitute, again "we don't do that" This was one of the worst stores I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. I tried Office Depot and without even asking they allowed me to get a differerent flash drive. Now thats customer service. Do not shop at Office Max as they are rude and do not care about the customer.
