Every year about this time, I send out around 300 post cards promoting my band to local park districts and other potential clients.

Obviously, I need quality post card stock that will work well on my Canon Pixma IP4300 printer. Also, I don't want to overpay for the cards. In the past, I had used products from Geographics Naturals that were stocked at Office Depot in quantities of $10 for 200 but those are now $15.

I perused the Office Depot site and say that these post cards, billed on the site as "Office Depot" but marked using their house brand, Foray, were available for $9.99 for 200 only in a buff color, even though the listing says they are white. While I prefer white, there were none available at this price and my preference was not enough to justify paying more than double.

These looked good coming out of the printer and held the ink well. The ink did come out a bit light because I was printing on the fast setting in order to conserve ink. My Pixma 4300 prints beautifully but goes through ink cartridges like a drunken sailor in Saturday night. Plus, Canon's cartridges have a chip inside so that generic replacement cartridges are not available.

So, the cards did come out a little light, but they were acceptable.

The cards were easy to separate coming out of the printer. They are microperfed buth verticallt and horizontally. I put maybe 10 - 15 together, folded and unfolded them both ways and the cards separated themselves.

These did very well for me. I will keep using them unless I can get white cards at the same price.
