The Odwalla Sweet & Salty Almond bar is very flavorful it doesn't have the cardboard taste of many granola bars. It is sweet and chewy with just a touch of salt. It can handle any craving. I add a 100 calorie yogurt to it and I've got the perfect snack for any time of day.
