Do be careful though--they certainly are not calorie free and can be addictive.(in a healthy sense).
Try these little gems on your plain oatmeal, or in your yogurt for lunch--makes you feel like you are having a special treat. They are also great in cookies in place of raisins/or even mix them together. Enjoy!! I do.
