To the Point
I use three mouthwashes but not at the same time! My purchase before the summer was Oasis Moisturizing Mouthwash for Dry Mouth in the Mild Mint flavor.
A Closer View
I have an autoimmune disorder that causes, among other things, dry mouth. Oasis was a new brand for me. At about $6.00 for 16-ounces I didn't think that was expensive. Oasis comes from the makers of Sensodyne - the toothpaste for sensitive teeth.
I'm almost finished with this bottle. I have another brand at home so I won't buy Oasis again at this point. However I would buy it in the future. It claims to have a technology called Tri Hydra that "moistures your mouth, locks in moisture, helps protect dryness." (From the bottle)
We are told that Oasis lasts for about 2 hours and I find that about right. Although this is a plastic bottle thus you could take it with you, other products are on the market for the in-between times. I use Oasis after I brush and with water in my Interplak system. Oasis doesn't contain alcohol. If you have dry mouth please avoid any product with alcohol in your toothpaste, etc. For those who want to see what's in Oasis:
Water, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Poloxamer 338, PEG 60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Cellulose Gum, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Copovidone, Disodium Phosphate, FD&C Blue 1, Flavor, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Saccharin, Xanthan GumI don't love the taste of it. I've had better tasting mouthwash but I don't mind it enough not to buy it again.
