Oxo International Peeler — 

I really love this peeler.  The handle is comfortable and non-slip.  It cleans easily and the blade stays sharp a really long time.  I would replace it with another just like it if I needed to do so.  Does an extra quick job on potatoes.

The handle is softer. It's rubber coated. Very nice for arthritis.

You said a lot in a few words. Is the handle hard plastic or soft like rubber? Arthritis sometimes acts up i my hands making the handgrip on the peelers harder to hold when making potato salad or apple pie.
