The OXO Good Grips 12" Locking Tongs are constructed of dishwasher safe stainless steel with soft, non-slip rubber handles. I really love how they are designed to fit the palm comfortably and softly, for easy use and they won't hurt your hands. These can be used for all different foods. They are perfect for flipping chicken breasts and hamburgers. If you are doing family entertaining you can use these for hot dogs and steaks. My favorite way to use them is on vegetables, because it makes turning asparagus spears easy. The locking mechanism is a great addition to this kitchen gadget because it makes for easy storage. I use these in the kitchen as well as outdoors when grilling. This is one tool that is perfect for making your meats and veggies grilled on both sides.
