My hubby doesn't have to work as hard when he cooks for me now.

starved for time, willing to pay for quality, very happy with this product, not very domestic, appreciate time saving kitchen gadgets

For years I looked for a potato peeler that peeled the potato and not me! After spending a weekend at my daughter's I realized I HAD to have the Oxo Goodgrips potato peeler! This peeler is by far the best for the price. It holds up well, as I have had mine for quite awhile and it is still going strong. The handle is comfortable and durable. The peeler is easy to operate and fits well in your hand. We have other peelers in our drawer, but when the family cooks together there might be a "fight" over who gets this one. A good value! The swivel peeler works as a peeler should. It is sharp, accurate and easy to use and handle. No struggle with thick-skinned vegetables like zucchini or cucumber and very gentle when peeling thinner skinned vegetables like carrots. The swivel blade works well on odd shaped produce also.
