Oxo Good Grips 1057966 i-Series Swivel Peeler — 

great peeler for any vegetable that needs peeling. incredibly sharp blade. light weight easy to use and with the soft handle, you can peel alot of veggies without get hand cramps.  the eye is plastic, but that doesn't make any difference in it's use or durability
