The swivel peeler works as a peeler should.  It is sharp, accurate and easy to use and handle.  No struggle with thick-skinned vegetables like zucchini or cucumber and very gentle when peeling thinner skinned vegetables like carrots.  The swivel blade works well on odd shaped produce also.  Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store.  A must-have in any cook's kitchen.
