I ordered on 12/5.  After they charged my account, they sent an email stating item was backordered.  I then TRIED to cancel.  After several emails, phone calls, messages left, I finally had to get my credit card company involved.  I finally received my refund on FEBRUARY 11. BUYER BEWARE!  This company has fraudulant practices, and I am not the only one to have this same experience.

Ordered vitamins on 2-3-2009. Called on 2-12 and was told it was on backorder due in the week of 2-16. No  correspondence or anything. I wrote an email on 2-24 and no response. Called today (3-2) and it says mailbox is full and to email the company and they will provide a response within 48 hours. I am still waiting on my reponse from 7 days ago.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THOUGH THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES IT SEEMS THEY CAN'T FILL THEIR ORDERS OR GET PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

i placed an order with outletnutrition.com on 1/26/09.  my credit card was charged that day.  here it is 2/23/09 and i still haven't received my order!  i have sent the company weekly emails requesting shipment information and they are ignoring me!  providing this awful review was my next course of action.  i follow it up with an email to my credit card company requesting a refund for non-performance!  such poor business practices should not be allowed.  sure they have great prices but what good is that if you never receive your order!  i would definitely NOT recommend this merchant to... read full review »

I ordered in 2008 with reasonable results.  I placed a new order on February 2, 2009.  This company immediately processed my credit card and I didn't hear another word from them.  I emailed customer service about 2 weeks later and asked what was going on.  They informed me that my items were on back order and should ship shortly....now why don't they let you know this when you place your order?   It has now been 5 weeks and my fourth request for information has informed me that the items are still on back order and they expect to receive them the third week of March.  So if this is actually... read full review »

I placed an order on OutletNutrition.com on 3/2/09. My credit card was charged that same day. After two weeks passed I began sending emails wondering where the order was, none of which have been acknowledged to this day (so much for the 48 hour response time). After 3 weeks I finally got someone on the phone and was told the items were on backorder by the manufacturer. At least I am not alone with my tale of woe!  I made an order to OutletNutrition in February 09.  They charged my CC immediately.  2 or 3 weeks later, after receiving nothing from them, I called and was told 2 of the three items were on backorder.  I was asked if I wanted the item in stock sent to me.  Of course I want it!  And it arrived in a couple of days.  2 months later, I phoned many times and emailed.  Finally I got a real person, who told me the 2nd item was now in stock, did I want them to send that??  Yes, and it arrived a few days later.  Now it is June, and I am still waiting...

Unfortunately I saw all the bad press about these Outlet Nutrition AFTER they had taken $46.75 out of my account.  Now I have to go and fight with my bank to get the money back which I am not looking forward to.  The following letter is what wrote and may help a fellow consumer in resolving their issue of maybe taking another avenue to resolution:

BEWARE:  Outlet Nutrition is "OUT" to get your money... and LET you hang in the wind  waiting to get your order.  

NO customer service, no product, no refunds, no way to get  them on the phone and sending an 'email' is pointless.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.  

I placed an order on April 29, 2009, for $193.13, my account was charged for the products immediately, and I NEVER received any of the products.  When I called *(May 12th) to see where my order was, I got a message:  "Due to high caller volume (of complaints no doubt) your phone call cannot be answered', ......

I do not advise anybody to buy from this company. My credit card was charged immediately when I placed my order. In 5 days I received a message they did not have my product (Praas Tonic) in stock. I tried to cancel my order. I did not receive any response from them until I filed a complain with my credit card Co. I was promissed to receive a refund in two weeks from the date. Now one month passed from that date, I did not receive any refund. Customer Service does not respond at all. It is a fraud!!!

Same story.

Ordered the product.

Was told it was backlogged.

Credit card charged.

Was told product was shipped to wrong address.

Never heard from them again.

Called twice and emailed four times. No response.

They are a bunch of crooks!  Their website is down now ... wonder why ...

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  Outlet Nutrition is one of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with, hands down...I mean they are down there with the worst of them, but are even more horribler because they deal in health supplements. Vitamins are things we put in our bodies, so it's actually quite sinister if you think about it like that.  WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  I ordered from them based on Epinions and Yahoo Shopping's recommendation.   All over the internet there are dozens and dozens of postings warning about doing business with them, but...

I used to love OutletNutrition.com to get quality products at low prices, but that was in 2007.  The order I placed the middle of March, 2009 has yet to arrive, and they did charge my credit card the day I placed my order!  I finally ordered from another website and canceled my order with OutletNutrion, and now I have just requested they return my money.  Please OutletNutrition return to your Quality Service!!  Please!!!
