OUTLET NUTRITION —

I used to love OutletNutrition.com to get quality products at low prices, but that was in 2007. The order I placed the middle of March, 2009 has yet to arrive, and they did charge my credit card the day I placed my order! I finally ordered from another website and canceled my order with OutletNutrion, and now I have just requested they return my money. Please OutletNutrition return to your Quality Service!! Please!!!

I visited OutletNutrition.com to see if they allowed me to shop and potentially buy products, and I clicked on various products at random and there was no option to add them to my cart. I hope this means that they have removed the ability for customers to buy products until they can, hopefully, get their act straightened out. I am so disappointed with them because they were such a good place to shop in the past! I just hope we can get our money back!!

I had been ordering from them for years with no problem, until recently. I placed an order the middle of March and received no communication from them that there would be a problem filling my order. The middle of April, I contacted them about my order, and they replied saying it would be sent by the end of April. I finally gave up the middle of May and canceled my order and ordered from elsewhere. At least they did not bill me for the items, but I was very disappointed and frustrated that I had to go without my usual products for so long!
