There really is no need to call the store anymore when you have all the information you need at the click of a mouse. I have shopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts several times . When my car needs repairs and the estimates I get are more than I can afford I shop around at O'Reilly. The prices they charge for parts is far better than any price I get from a mechanic. They have everything you need for your car. They have very large inventory even for my older cars. I thought some of the parts I needed would not be available but they have had all the parts I need. If you take a moment to register, the information about it will be stored and will be easier for you to find the parts you need the next time you log in. I have bought batteries, alternators, spark plugs and more for cars from 1980 to 2010. Just have the make and model of your car available. You need to know how many cylinders and some extra information for some of the parts. Checking out is very easy as well. They ship in a timely manner so you do not have to wait weeks for your items if they are in stock.

Online sales are easily noticeable as they have a popup window bringing attention to some of their highlighted deals. Online sales match what is in their current ad, which is also available to view by clicking a link. In addition to sales, the site also offers a clearance section. O'Reilly's offers a fast loading, easy to navigate, user friendly site. They will often offer deals on shipping, but there are usually some exclusions, so be sure and read the fine print. Items ordered from them were shipped and received promptly and tracking information was provided.

About a year ago I purchased a new used car. I drove it a few weeks and end up needing a new battery. So I went online to ORielly.com and compared prices with the other auto parts sites and this one had some of the best prices. I was satisfied with the prices and was expecting great service from ORielly.com because I had previously shopped in one of their local locations close to my home. I was overall satisfied with the service I received from the store and later when I ordered my Battery from ORielly.com I was even more satisfied with their online service. It was exceptional. The one thing that I didn't like is the prices are cheaper but you make up for it in shipping but the shipment was on time and in perfect condition when it arrived to me. It is now a year late and I still have my car battery I purchased from ORielly.com and it is still working great. I would certainly order from ORielly.com again if I needed more car parts!

Personally I prefer to shop at the actual store location, but I do find that ordering from the O'Reilly site does come in handy at times. Their website is easy to navigate and not confusing. You can shop by Brand or Part. They do have free shipping available every day, but you have to have a minimum purchase of $75 (check some exclusions on this though) which sometimes is hard to meet if you just need a few lesser expensive items. They have a video section that is somewhat interesting. They are almost like mini commercials for different products. Most is pretty common sense but I like that they take the time to have this feature. You can also view their current weekly ad right on the site if you don't get the paper. Be sure to check the "returns" section so you know if whatever you purchased can be returned and how. A nice bonus is they do have Live Chat. So if you aren't sure about a particular product you can chat with someone and get advice. All in all I like this site.

I really like OReillyAuto.com when shopping for all my automotive replacement parts and accessories. The first time I used this website I added my current vehicle information and saved in for future references. Now when I need parts, the website makes it easy to locate what I need. This is my favorite website to find cleaning products and accessories for my car. The prices are always very visible and can't be beat. I never have a hard time finding what I need and their customer service is great. When I purchase an item on the website, the product is always available at the store as promised on time. This website is customer oriented by assisting me in finding a local mechanic that I can trust. Also, my family loves watching Nascar and this website keeps us up to date with all the upcoming races. I use this website a lot as I work on a lot of cars for myself and my family and friends. I must say I get better service on this site than I have in person in many of the local parts stores. In the past there have been times when I had to buy parts form a person that had no idea what they were selling or how it worked. I always found it frustrating to deal with a parts counter person that new nothing of the parts they sold. This site unlike some of the others is very easy to navigate and search for the parts you need. Some of the others ask you to register every car you search for parts for in your list, I work on dozens of cars, I don't want a list. I will continue to use this site and this store locally for all my parts store purchases. I have only in the past 2 years been doing my parts business online, but O'Reilly's is the only one I use. I have used it for store pick ups, and postal delivery as well. I do more searching and local pick-up than postal but if a part is out of stock I will often opt for postal delivery. This is a great site and awesome service.

Of all the auto parts websites OReillyAuto.com is my favorite. I am able to easily navigate the website Oreillyauto.com I like that I am able to save multiple vehicle makes and models so that it is easy to find parts and prices for the specific vehicle I am needing parts for without always having to enter the same information. I also like that I can search local stores to see if the parts I need are in stock or how soon it will take for them to be delivered to the store. I currently have a 2002 Dodge Stratus Sedan and have been able to easily find all of the parts I have needed to purchase and all have been available to order at Oreillyauto.com and I was able to pick them up at a local store without having a long wait time in the store. I also really like how the search function of the site is set up, I am not mechanically savvy but by following the prompts on Oriellyauto.com I have always been able to find what I am looking for even if I don't know the proper name.
