When I have professional manicures I choose OPI nail polish. Some salons offer Essie but I haven't had great luck with Essie. In fact lately I haven't had any luck with drugstore nail polish so I spent a hefty $8.50 on a .5 fluid ounce bottle of Paint My Moji-Toes Red OPI Nail Polish
OPI offers more colors than you can imagine. The color I chose is beautiful and will go with anything but red or purple in my view. It is not red in spite of its name - it's a rose color with some coral in it. Paint My Moji-Toes Red OPI Nail Polish is part of OPI's South Beach collection.(NL B75)
OPI goes on smoothly and easily. I decided to try my Sally Hansen nail polish once again and some of the brush had come off so it was a mess. I never have that problem with OPI. One coat will cover my nails nicely but to avoid losing the color in about 5 days (The longest I've been able to keep polish on has been a day or two.) putting on two coats is even better.
What OPI allows me to do easily is add a second coat or a few days later add a third coat. I do this primarily to make my nails stronger. They are less able to break when I have a good polish like OPI on my nails. You can see all the colors at www.opi.com and purchase OPI there or at amazon.com. I bought mine at Trade Secrets.
OPI is cruelty free. When my husband is around I have to put it on in outside, in a room with a fan, or at someone else's house! Still the smell isn't as bad as nail polish remover.
I will continue to buy OPI nailpolish. I have spent so much money on other products that the $8.50 doesn't seem like a lot.
You can see all the colors at www.opi.com and purchase OPI there or at amazon.com.
