OPI Nail Envy dries fast & works wonders

    base and top coat, works!, dries fast, extends nail polish wear, fast drying, great base coat, hardens nails

I was a terrible nail biter-down to the nub, until there was blood. When I tried to stop, my nails were as flimsy as wax paper. I used one bottle of Nail Envy- put it on every other day and have never had a problem since. That was almost 10 years ago!! I swear by it and tell everyone. I use it as base & top coat, if needed, & it's fantastic. It only takes seconds to dry, too!
