I am very picky when it comes to nail polish. I hate polish that clumps or doesn't last. OPI has become the main brand that i use. It is a great quality nail polish that last and looks great. It does cost more than other brands but to me its worth it because it last longer and I have never had to take it off and redo it or gotten those gross clumps.

OPI Matte Nail color is outstanding for it's rich color and texture when you put on the nail polish. And sometimes even when I use OPI Matte Nail polish it stands otu from all the other nail polishes I use like New York, Revlon, Cheap nail polishes, etc.So thats why I recomend OPI Matte Nail color.

The OPI Matte Nail Lacquer is a good nail polish. It dries quick. It also has a very smooth applicator which is great because i hate applicators that make the nail polish look rough. It also does not cost that much. The best thing I love about the OPI Matte nail Lacquer is the different shades of colors they have. Most nail polish brands have the basic colors like red, brown, light pink, and so on but OPI have a great selection of colors. And I am the type of girl that loves bright, bold colors like bright pink, neon green, bright purple and OPI Matte Nail Lacquer offers those kinds of bright, bold colors. The only downfall about the OPI Matte Nail Lacquer nail polish is that it will chip and peel easily from my nails if I do not use a finishing clear coat with it. But thats also not a bad thing because I love using a finishing clear coat when I use nail polish because it makes it look glossy. Overall I like OPI Matte Nail Lacquer.

I recently have discovered this nail polish. For years i was loyal to wet and wild. Then I found Opi. The colors are brighter. Like a peacock. I love to alternate my colors on my fingers. Five of each every other. With Opi they last longer and I much better color choices. The yellows are astounding. With other polishes the color was drab and took a lot of coats. Now with a couple simple coats I have bright yellow nails. This made me loyal to Opi. I am truly amazed with the colors and quality. The price is very agreeable to my teeny tiny budget as well. I treat myself with a new color each month. I love painting my nails again. I do not feel like is a chore anymore. I feel like I am painting a masterpiece across my nails. I love to show off my new schemes and bright bold colors. I feel pretty again. All because of my simple little switch to this lovely polish. Has me all excited again. Now if if they only made paints this wonderful.

I am 72 years old and haven't used OPI for awhile as I am retired and haven't been polishing my nails lately.   I always used OPI nail polish when I was working and it really works good.  Hardly any chipping and would mainly wear off after a long period.  This is well worth the money and they have a color for everyone.  Sometimes you can buy this OPI at beauty salons etc. and they usually carry alot of different colors.  If you have to you can go on line and they have every color you would ever want to use.  Always keep this nail polish out of the sunlight as that is the only thing I found would damage it.  I like a light pink color and they have many of those colors and it applies so easily and has a very good consistency.  I would definitely pay the extra money to get OPI nail polish as it applies so nice and dosen't streak or anything.  By not having to polish your nails very often, you actually save money.

I try to find polish that will last me more than a couple of days without having to redo them.  I'm a person that does so much with my hands.  I do everything I'm supposed to do with the base and sealent but polish just won't stay on.  It chips  way too fast

My mother gets a manicure a couple times a year. She is a nail diva in my opinon. I grow up nowing that opi is the best nail polish on the market. You can not get any better than opi. They have the greatest selection of colors. Thy have the highest quality of polish. They have the best brush. And it lasts an amazingly long time without clumping inside the bottle like other brands. This new line of opi is "matte". Which basically means that there is not sparkely shine after it dries. This is all the rage now. It is actually really pretty once you get used to the fact that all your life nail polish has been shiny. I would suggest getting a color like pale purple or gray. Blues are really nice in this matte finish as well. I find that green is actually quite ugly without the shine. Go with light pale colors. And if the bottle lasts a couple months, the colors and finish will look great in the fall!

OPI has THE BEST Nail Lacquer---EVER! I am a bigger fan of the metallics, but I DO like some of the matte colors, too! I had my nail technician use the color: "A Good Tangerine is Hard to Find" on my nails the last time I had a nail appointment! This color really makes you look more tan than you might actually be. It is a bright and cheery color that STAYS ON!!! This long lasting nail lacquer is by far the best out there! I like the unusual names that they give the color, too! Another favorite color of mine is: "I'm not really a waitress" RED! Of course, if you like to stick with the 'normal' colors, they have those, too. I just like the vivid and bright colors because they make me think happy thoughts and make me feel as vibrant as the color of the lacquer! Some of the matte colors need 3 coats of polish instead of the usual two coats, as for some strange reason they streak with just two coats. Really great product!!!

I have read that the matte style is the new trend for several beauty products, but I am not sure it will work for nail polish the way OPI has rolled it out.  Don't get me wrong - I am a diehard OPI fan, and am typically more than pleased with the durability and lasting color of OPI products.  OPI's Matte polish looks great in the bottle, and I bought 3 color variations as a starter set when it first hit shelves.  The Matte polish was difficult to apply as it set almost instantly when brushed on.  When it set completely, it looked and felt similar to wall paint.  The dark grey color ended up looking like a chalkboard - and garnered many strange comments from both friends and perfect strangers. I can say that the Matte polish did not chip any faster than OPI's other polish lines, which is a positive.  It was a little more difficult to remove than the other polish lines.  Overall, I am not going to use the Matte polish any longer.  If it is destined to be a lasting trend, I hope that OPI will make improvements to their Matte line.
