OKCupid has its rough spots, but that's the entry price for a website which provides a lot of interesting content (not just a large diverse set of users, but tests and journals). I know of several successful long term couples who met through the site, I've gone on many dates, made some real friends, and though the only relationship I formed through it just ended, I'm confident that I'll find another when it's time. As with much in life, what you get out is highly influenced by what you put in.
