In the 5+ times I have flown into this airport, either as a final stop or as a layover, only once have I not had some sort of trouble. Whether it's problems with security, lost luggage or getting bumped from several connecting flights before telling me I had to wait until the next day to fly out, and then having to pay for my own hotel room, I have not had many good experiences with this airport. And while I realize not all of the problems are directly caused by the airport, it often seems like it is ill-equipped to handle the magnitude of traffic that goes through it. I am to the point where I will make a point of not flying through Chicago if I can afford it. Call me superstitious, I just don't want to deal with the hassle.
