O.P.I. Nail Lacquer — 

OPI provides smooth coverage on my nails without being sticky.  I really like the wide array of colors and finishes that OPI comes in.  You do have to purchase it at particualr location including beauty specialty stores and salons, but it is so worth the extra effort.
