O.P.I. Nail Lacquer — 

I discovered OPI a few years ago.  My hair stylist recommended it to me, and I have always been pleased!  It goes on smoothly, I usually only need one coat, and it lasts for at least a week before there's any noticable chips!  Great value for a low price!
