I have been using the Nuva Ring birth control for three years now.  It is the best switch I could have made!  It is so easy to use, only requires you to pay attention really once a month.  It has shortened my periods and helped relieve some of my cramping!  I didn't gain any weight on this one either!  I was always nervous on the one a day pills because I know that if you don't take them at the same exact (within an hour) time every day they are significantly less effective.  I was never good at remembering to take it!  Now I just look at my calendar, and… read full review »
