Nutro Ultra is the "Cadillac" of Nutro's line of supreme nutrition pet food. With 3 sources of high quality protein (chicken, salmon and lamb), plus extra vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids, Ultra takes nutrition to the next level. I was buying a different brand when the lady at Petsmart told me about this brand.  It is reasonably priced, and if you look at the ingredients, it is better for your dog.  She said that the worst thing to give your dog is yellow corn.  Yellow corn was ingredient number 3 in my other dog food.  It's a filler.  It's not in this dog food at all! — The first ingredients in this one are meat, (real meat, not by products)... and other stuff that is good for your dog!  My Dog loves this food, and won't eat the old stuff anymore! —  … read full review »

I have the world's pickiest dog when it comes to eating.  He sometimes makes me hand feed him.  I like to feed him natural food but it seems like all natural doesn't taste too good because he turns his nose up at it.  He has been eating an all natural food but I think he has grown tired of it.  So I tries this Nutro this weekend.  He actually walked up to the bowl, looked at it and ate some.  I was amazed.  We will continue to feed him this until he grows tired of this also.  We found it great that he acutally ate… read full review »

My two dogs have been eating Nutro Ultra Dog food from the very beginning!  My youngest, a 2 year old cock-a-poo bichon is on the adult formula and my 10 year old sheltie-terrier mix has just switched to weight management.  Of course, they want to eat the other's food but still, they gobble it right down!  Although it's pretty pricey, we love the natural ingredients and would never think about switching… read full review »
