Nutrisystem worked well for me a couple of decades ago, and I knew it would work again for losing weight. In the old days, you went in to your local Nutrisystem location, picked up your food, weighed in, went to a meeting, etc., so I was a little skeptical about the shipping of a month's supply, but it went smoothly. My biggest challenge when trying to lose weight is planning my meals to make at home. That is why this program works so well for me. I've lost over 50 lbs. so far and will lose more. PROS The food has improved from the old days, although it was never terrible. Great selections. The NUMI app makes keeping track easy, and also has good outside recipes and advice. Support is available and they return calls promptly and professionally. Shipments are nicely packed. When I consider the money i used to spend eating out and grocery shopping, I find the cost of the food reasonable. Groceries now are really just mostly fruits and veggies. Flex programs are available, although those programs won't work as well for me. CONS Not really a negative on Nutrisystem itself, but eventually you'll want to go back to normal cooking and eating other food, and you'll need a plan. By then, hopefully you'll have lost a lot of weight and will be inspired to keep it going on your own.

I have lost 18.5 lbs in 2 mos. My hubby and I joined the program at the same time and he has lost 21 lbs. We lost 5 lbs on the first week! The Numi app is very easy to use and helped us count and control our calories intake. All their meals taste good and we have our favs (pasta). Also love the fact that we can get recipes and guidance in regards our new diet lifestyle. 100% recommend it!! Happy Customer over here!

It has really helped me to have prepared foods in measured portions, especially as cooking for just myself has not worked well for me. I enjoy the vegetarian selections Nutrisystem provides and I am losing weight on the program. What I do not like is the expectation of having a microwave and not providing alternative cooking directions for some items. I have figured out ways to heat the food myself, but it would be nice if there were alternative directions.

The issue I have is getting through to stop deliveries. I expect the same service I receive at sign up when I want to stop. 2 weeks and I cannot get they to a person - there is no option for service other than to charge my account and place an order disappointing. Great plan - not so great after sign up.

I loved that I could customize my order. The food is delicious and convenient and the guides and journal helped me create a routine and smart choices for healthy eating. I could not have done this on my own. I've lost 22 pounds in 8 weeks and feel like a new person!

Nutrisystem has helped me feel better about making changes for my health but I have found it hard to stay on. I'm used to eating the same as my family and so am making two meals so it's stressful and then I tend to eat some of what they eat. I like most of the meals but wish I had picked a few different choices.

The food is really good. My husband and I are both doing Nutrisystem. I had a problem with my non frozen shipment being left outside and getting ants and melting. I contacted Nutrisystem and they sent another package out. No problems at all so far.
