Terrible customer service. They can't seem to get things right, and then they only want to give a partial refund even when the customer never received their order. They don't want you to cancel, and as one customer service person said, "it normally takes 7 - 10 days to get the credit (partial refund)" after scores of calls about not receiving their order. Don't try calling upper management. Executives will not reply and lead supervisors are EXTREMELY rude. They follow a script and no one THINKS. You will be penalized if you cancel out of frustration because they make the same mistakes over-and-over. Three-and -a-half weeks is a long time not to have the food products or one's money due to the same errors and it was placed as a priority shipment. Awful attitudes.
