NutriSystem Weight Loss Program —

I tried NutriSystem a few months back and some of the food reminded me of that from a hospital or school cafeteria. It was helpful to have the meals already planned out and there is no guessing. It wasn't right for me. The advertisement with Marie Osmond just seems not totally truthfull, since if I recall correctly, she was on Dancing with the Stars part of the time she was on the diet. From what I have heard on the show, these celebrities spend hours and hours a day practicing, which is usually more exercise than the average person can get on a daily basis. You definitely can lose weight on it, but as with all weight loss advertisement the exceptions are shown and not your average individual who usually loses a lot less.

I had NO luck with this system myself. I generally don't eat a full lunch each day or a midday snack, so it was hard to incorporate the meals into a daily routine.

I agree with you about the ads with Marie Osmond, since we all know she most likely lost all the weight by dancing her behind off with hopes to win the "Stars" contest.
