I have used nutrisystem on and off for the last 3 years.  I found the food wonderful and very filling.  If you love chocalate then this is the diet for you, they have everything imaginable, from brownies to candy bars and taste great too. When I was 250lbs I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did I lost 87lbs in about 1 year and kept if off.  If I can do it you can too.
