Pros

    Gives you great advice., Helps with portion size., Helps you lose weight., Most of the food taste pretty good.

Cons
    Some of the food doesn't taste good.

NutriSystem Weight Loss Program — 

I started Nutrisystem 4 wks ago, and so far,with exercise, I've lost 18 lbs.  Most of the food taste okay, but some of it is not so tastey.  I'm glad I tried it, and lost the weight that I have lost.  I'm not going to buy it again, because of cost, but I do plan to stay with a similar diet of food I purchase from a grocery store.  It will cost me half as much.  I don't regret trying Nutrisystem, and I do recommend it for a good start to weight loss.  Good Luck!!
