I've used Nutrisystem in the past.  I appreciate the convenience, the simplicity and the food is pretty good.  I also do weight loss counseling, and I've recommended Nutrisystem to many of my clients.  Because the meals are portion-controlled, there's no fear of eating "too much" food.  There's a lot of variety in the meals, and you can put together your own salads.  Great program for a lot of reasons!
