This stuff is terrible. It says to put it on twice a day, I believe (I threw the packaging away so I can't confirm that), but I think that's right. Well I have this next to my chair in my living room and would put on at least 4 times a night. My nails are no stronger than when I started! And it says you can put over nail polish? Haha! That's a laugh! How is supposed to penetrate? My nails were very dried out on the ends and I thought this would moisturize that, but nope! Do not buy this is you are trying to moisturize your nails or think this is going to make them stronger and grow longer! What a waste of money and my time!

You can get this clear polish relatively cheap compared to the other strengthener products that are out there and it'll do just as great of a job. I followed the directions (do apply both coats, one coat doesn't seem to help much) and loved the results. I am a habitual nail biter and have recently had problems with my nails being very brittle. Using this polish had definitely given me the improvement I was seeing both in looks and nail durability. Plus, it dries quickly despite having applied two coats. The only problem I did have is that I've found this polish, more than others I've tried, needs to be applied to perfectly clear, non-oily nails in order to bond completely. Otherwise, the polish will peel off in one big piece right off of the nail. There is no damage when this happens but there is also no benefit to the nail if the nutrients of the product are never really fully introduced. Overall, however, I'd definitely recommend this, not only for people wishing to grow out their nails but also for those who bite them because it keeps them strong and resilient.

I generally tend to prefer a more natural look on my fingernails, and a bright color on my toenails.  In order for me to pull off that look, it is essential for my nails to be healthy and strong.  This is especially true since I work in food service, and am constantly washing my hands.  Let's face it, water weakens fingernails.  So, imagine how happy I was when I bought Nutra Nail Strengthener with Green Tea Antioxidants...and it actually worked!I had heard good things about polishes that contain Green Tea, and so I figured I'd give it a try...and I am so glad I did.  After I stupidly had acrylic nails for several months, then had them removed, I started using Nutra Nail Strengthener with Green Tea Antioxidants again--this time, under colored polish.  It still works just great!  I have even started using it as an undercoat for my toenails. If you have problems with nail breakage, wash your hands constantly and need a clear strengthener, or even just want to encourage your nails to grow a little better, I recommend you try out Nutra Nail Strengthener with Green Tea Antioxidants!

Weak spots are filled in so that fingernails resist breakage.  I've had a few close calls when I've bumped my hand against a cupboard, and the nails just bounced back with no cracks or breakage. **Easy to Use**:  It's as easy as applying nail polish.  I apply a coat and let it fully dry (which only takes a couple of minutes) and then apply a second coat.
