My daughter HATES bottles, all she has to do is see one and she freaks out.  I've been breast-feeding, and it has been impossible to go anywhere without her. I couldn't leave her with her grandparents for more than a few hours because she wouldn't eat out of any bottle we tried.  Then a miracle occurred, my neighbor told me about her son's sippy cup. She said he really liked it, so went and bought one.  My daughter didn't cry once! She started drinking from it right away, and held it for herself!!!  She's been doing so well with it that I can finally  go back to work!!!! This has been a life saver, I can't thank Nuby enough for my freedom! The silicone nipple can break down after awhile of being chewed on, but if you pay attention while cleaning it, its perfectly safe, besides a new nipple every once in a while is nothing compared to all the money I wasted on all those bottles.
