I purchased this software via a download.  I fell for their line that it was created with the people who created Microsoft Office so that it would be 100% compatible.  I installed the software, and tried to use it.  My computer has not worked the same since.  I contacted technical support several times, and they kept giving me a command line to change (a different one each time) even after I told them I had to uninstall it to get my computer running again!  When I contacted customer service to see about getting my money back or a cd with the program, I was told they would not return my money and that it would cost extra to get the cd.  Tonight I got a call from Nuance wanting to know how I was enjoying the software.  The person who called said that I would be able to get a refund, and gave me a customer service number to call.  They referred me to another number, and they told me that since it was out of their 30 day refund period they couldn't do anything.  When I informed them that I had contacted them within the 30 days, they conveniently could not find any record of that and so I am out the $80.  I learned the hard way, and hope that you don't get taken like I did.
