Most HelpfulWhen my husband first told me about this NuWave Oven I thought he was out of his mind. I thought, we have an oven, a toaster oven and a microwave, why do we need to spend the money on this contraption. Plus, I was thinking, eek, where are we going to store this huge contraption.
Well, he ordered it and...

Most HelpfulVERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At first I LOVED the oven but, I'm thankful I went online and read the review. They said not to buy it through the "Official Sight" because the customer service was awful if you had problems such as the 2 that seemed most common.
1- that the heating element detaches from...
review »I just received the NuWave oven.
It is not as good as other convection ovens I have purchased. Food is juicy in the middle BUT dry as a bone on the outside. It has not temp control over 350 degrees, so you cannot broil. I put away my broiler oven and had to get it back out of storage. It would not brown garlic toast. and the bread was totally dry...like a crouton.
It does not really fit in the dishwasher. You would have to run the cycle with just the oven in the bottom rack.
Prices were misrepresented. $45 postage!! They reduced postage for me but added other fees.
I am Very disappointed...
review »The product does mostly what it says and does an admirable job. My favorite part of the device is the ability to take frozen foods and cook them without defrosting. I've been purchasing some Omaha Steaks and other assorited frozen foods and must say that this is great for those people not wanting to wait for foods to defrost.
Yes, this product does cook frozen foods all the way through and makes most of the foods nice a juicy. The steaks would taste better if it was grilled over an open flame or in a skillet, but you can't beat the convenience.
I had purchased mine from Bed Bath and Beyond. ...
review »The NuWave oven works fairly well and I liked the concept. However, the plastic dome cracked into unusable condition after around 10 gentle uses. The replacement dome also cracked after around 15 uses. This unit should not be sold until the company replaces the plastic dome with some sort of glass. Check out other review sites on the Internet and you will see that I am not the only person with this complaint.
I don't usually buy things off infomercials, but I have to say I am loving this product. What sold me is the claim that it will cook a roast from the freezer in about and hour and a half. I was skeptical, but it was fantastic - nice and juicy, cooked all the way through but not overdone. Everything I've tried in it has come out as good as, if not better than my oven. And it's so much easier and quicker. The only down side is that it does take up a lot of counter space.
My NuWave Oven is hands down the best investment I have ever made. I am a very busy, working woman with a very busy hard working husband. I can actually cook a FROZEN chicken in my NuWave in under an hour...crispy, juicy, no fat ladden chicken...healthy. I can also cook my vegies in there nearing the end. The electricity it takes to use this machine is about as much as it is to use a hairdryer. I would recommend this fantastic machine to anyone. I have cooked a slab of ribs in it as well, with bar-b-que sauce, mmmmm! You just have to break the slab down in about thirds..but oh how juicy, and...
review »When I first got my NuWave oven I was skeptical that it could cook something frozen that would taste good. Not only can you cook a frozen steak or chicken breast in about 20 minutes, it's perfectly cooked and looks as well as tastes great! The food turns golden brown, unlike cooking in the microwave. Forget about standing around, watching your food and constantly turning it. All you do is punch in the power level and the time, then put your lid on and then wait for the timer to go off. And you won't heat up your kitchen! In the summertime, if the weather is too bad to use your grill,...

My Nuwave Oven story..
Ok so I still live at home, but i'm moving out next year when I get married. I'm not the best cook, and I don't have too much free time so i've been dreading having to cook for myself. Worst of all, i'm lazy in the kitchen. I saw the infomercials for Nuwave and thought it looked good. I looked up heaps of review sites, and saw lots of positives, and a few negitives. My parents are very old fashioned and said i'd be wasting my $300 AU. I bought it anyway! After having it for only 3 weeks, it is a permanent fixture on my parent's kitchen bench!
It is phenomenal. It really...
