VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first I LOVED the oven but, I'm thankful I went online and read the review. They said not to buy it through the "Official Sight" because the customer service was awful if you had problems such as the 2 that seemed most common.

1- that the heating element detaches from the lid and

2- that the heating element stops heating.

A store had it on sale that week so I COULDN'T wait to get it!!!!!!!! I'm glad I did my research! At first it worked GREAT!!!!!!!!! I was bragging to EVERY ONE and ANY ONE who would listen about this wonderful invention that cooked so wonderfully and saved me time! Steaks frozen cooked AMAZINGLY! I was even considering getting rid of the BBQ! HAH!! NOT NOW!!!!! After only having it about 1 week the heating element did detach from the lid. Then about 2 weeks into it..... The heating element isn't heating!!!! Mind you this was my "pride and joy" So, I was VERY careful NOT TO "bang" the top due to the above being stated! Now, I'm returning it. At first I said that I would have them replace it if something went wrong I loved it that much. Now, I just want my money back! I DON'T want to hassle with having to cart in out and in again! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
