When I first got my NuWave oven I was skeptical that it could cook something frozen that would taste good. Not only can you cook a frozen steak or chicken breast in about 20 minutes, it's perfectly cooked and looks as well as tastes great! The food turns golden brown, unlike cooking in the microwave. Forget about standing around, watching your food and constantly turning it. All you do is punch in the power level and the time, then put your lid on and then wait for the timer to go off. And you won't heat up your kitchen! In the summertime, if the weather is too bad to use your grill, use your NuWave instead. I made a turkey breast in an hour and it turned out perfectly. I made hamburgers and tater tots at the same time. The possiblities are endless. The only problem I had at first was figuring out the cook time. They do give you a chart but it's not completely accurate. I suggest you use a thermometer at first, until you know exactly how long it takes to cook a certain item. Over all, I love my NuWave oven and wouldn't know what to do without it!
