I use the Now Foods Cal-Mag Citrate Powder With Vitamin D sometimes. As I have pointed out in my other reviews I think that it is a good idea to mix up different foods and vitamin companies. That way you can be assured of getting a better variety and if there are any problems you won't have been using just one brand. (I do the same with my pets). I don't seem to mind the grit of the calcium powder. It's true if you can't stand the idea of drinking chalk then this probably isn't the supplement for you. Many people try to hide it in orange juice and seem to get by that way. But I don't seem to mind as long as it is bland and flavorless which this supplement is. I have recently wondered if I can get my teeth to re-calcify a bit by gently brushing them with the Now Foods Cal-Mag Citrate Powder With Vitamin D at the end of the night but I haven't tried it yet. I will try to remember to edit my posting if I get around to it and see any results with my sensitivity on my teeth. Anyhow, like I said if you don't mind flavorless grit this can be a good way to get your calcium!
