Boy, was I so wrong. I used this product for 3 days and couldn't take it any longer. I followed the directions to a tee, waited for relief and it never came. I would never buy this product if I were you, unless you are into self-inflicting pain. I couldn't believe how red, tender and painful the condition that the product left my skin in.
So, I remembered a money back guarantee....thank God for that. I called them and told them what had happened and the customer service rep told me not to send the products back, just the handheld unit and when they received it everything would be all set.
I did what she said and sent it certified mail and then about 3 weeks later I got hit for $49.95! When I saw the debit was from Nova Skincare, I called immediately and was told that they received the handheld, but no product. I told her that I was instructed to just return the unit, not the cleanser, toner etc. In a condesending voice, she told me to not get upset. I said to her, you would be upset if your face was on fire, sent the product back and then got hit with $50 charge on your bank acct. Well, needless to say, she shut up and gave me my credit.
My opinion: Stay away! Not only was the product bad, but the customer service was less than desirable considering what happened to my face.
