Norwegian Cruise Line - Pride of America — 

The cruiseline was helpful from the beginning. We booked online with no problems. We stayed in the penthouse and it was spacious with a private balcony. We didn;t see much of the cabin staff, but our rooms were always clean and neat when we returned. But, if we needed anything the staff was very helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend anyone try this for just one vacation. It is the most value for your money.

Just completed cruise. PoA has obviously improved big time. The food especially Aloha buffet was outsatanding. Our 20th cruise and nothing tops. Staff was extremely friendly and efficent. Ship and decor were the best. Who says American staffs are inept?
