We took this cruise as a honeymoon (we are in our 40's).  The staff were American teenagers who had no problem walking around in groups complaining about the amount of work they had to do.  There seemed to be no supervision and the staff showed signs of striking.  As an example, we did not receive our food we ordered for room service, even calling several times.  The staff forgot to reserve a place at the dock so we did not get to visit one island, just go around in circles around the island for over 24 hours in choppy waters, with everyone in there rooms to combat the sea sickness.  No help with getting the luggage off the ship when the cruise was over, the staff was the first off.  The billing was horrendous, we were charged over $200 of charges that were not ours.  And the conversation I had to have with the staff to get that removed was way too long.  The atmosphere of the disgruntled employees ruined our entire trip.  As we were leaving, suitcases and wedding dress in tow, a Manager was on the elevator with us and asked how our trip was, we began to tell him a few things, nicely, and mentioned we had no help with our luggage, He apologized and got off the next floor, with not one effort to get us help or help himself.  We wrote a letter of complaint, but got no response.

If I could get a refund, I would.

What island port was it? And what week did you go? (Thanks for your response)

In response to sunflower's comment from Nov 15, 2007 at 1:49PM:

Here is a comment that accidentally got sent to VP: The captain did not reserve a spot at the port, he forgot, so therefore we could not dock, but sail in a circle around the island all day and night. The water was so choppy, everyone stayed in their rooms, it was like a ghost town. I heard Pride of Aloha is better.

What island did you miss? It's hard to believe you missed one because the "staff forgot to reserve a place at the dock". They go to the same docks every single week, on the same day. And they are the only ships that cruise the islands.
