Most HelpfulDO NOT GO ON THIS SHIP. MY GRANDMOTHER WAS ON THIS SHIP AND SLIPPED BY THE POOL. THEIR STAFF REFUSED TO OPEN THE MEDICAL CENTER FOR HER. WHEN THEY WERE FINALLY FORCED TO THEY TOLD HER SHE SPRAINED HER ARM (WHEN SHE CLEARLY TOLD THEM IT WAS HER NECK AND NOT HER ARM THAT HURT) AND WOULD NOT TREAT HER...
read full review »This cruise was the first cruise I had ever taken in my 28 years on this earth. I had never been outside of the United States, and let me tell you, this was the perfect first trip outside my comfort level!
Everything was wonderful. From the time we stepped onto the loading dock, the staff and crew treated us like royalty. We were busy from day to day, participating in ship activities and, of course, EATING.
The great thing about traveling with the Norwegian Cruise Line is that you can participate in what's called "freestyle crusing". For the most part, many cruise lines have their own...

After 3 days at sea, we were anxious to set foot at Grand Caymens Island at Noon. We were greeted by the Captain on the loudspeaker announcing we would not be docking today due to "large swells". And further, that there were only 3 ships allowed to dock on the other side of the island, and sadly our ship was not one of the 3 chosen by "lottery" that day.
So onward we sailed, backtracking to Cozumel, and another day at sea. We had a nice day in port at Cozumel. Back at sea for another day and a...
read full review »We enjoyed our recent cruise to Bermuda. However, there was a problem with the dining room or kitchen staffing and the first night everyone waited 2.75 hours to complete our meal. No one got served in less than 1.75 hours. The food service improved as the week progressed but was not as good as we've had on other cruises. I will add though that the food was very good and the selections were ample.
The most disturbing factor on this cruise was that the ship is in need of updating. There is chipped paint on the deck, disturbed or broken decor, the cabin walls are "thin" - didn't even have...
read full review »The food was average at best . Our room sterwards was the best staff members we had .
The boat transfers to the ports were slow and wasted time and the express walk off to get off the ship was a joke . A good cruise if you like to play bingo .
I love to cruise Norweigan however takes a back seat to Royal Carribean cruise lines the staff seem not as enthusiastic to please as other cruise lines perhaps it is because of the gratuity is included in the fares agd
I have been on lots of cruises, this was the worst.
No need to go into details. Don't get on this Ship.
