the little extras add up to a big bill, THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!, get rid of crew and start over, food wasn't great, crew not willing to go the extra mile, expensive, drinks are a bit pricy, Never cruise NCL Your life depends on it, customer service not to helpful

me and my hubby went on the Norw. Dawn in 2006 and the whole experience was just awful. I couldn't believe the experience compared to the other one we have been on. Where to start. First, everything was OK until we got on the boat. We got in our stateroom, there was no soap, no shampoo, no robes, and when we asked for some it took them three days to get us 2 freakin robes. First impressions were already bad. Then it just got worse. The entertainment was OK if you could get into the areas they were having them in. There are oveer 2,000 passengers and a room for 25-30 people is where they were holding some popular events. There was nothing to do until 5 unless you wanted to go to excersize classes and Bingo all day. Toward the last day when you are to get your alcohol that you bought, there was an actual line that they had you stand in to get it. We stood for 2 hours in line for some booze we decided to buy on board. Bad move. The only reason the line was so long was because they had a time limit during which to get it in. Like a 3 hour time frame or something stupid like that. Room service sucked, took 2 hours to get us 2 unopened cans of soda and some ice, and they didn't carry all the stuff during their entire room service hours. i called at around 10pm to get something and they were telling us that it was no longer avail. until tomorrow because the Chef went to bed. And unless you wanted pizza and burgers at the buffet 24/7 or the same menu over and over again at the free dinning, you were forced to go and pay for food the entire trip. Anyway we will never go on the Nor cruise lines ever again!!
